WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
Virginia Green may collect, use, store, disclose, analyze, delete, and modify (“process”) Personal Data as described in this Notice. “Personal Data” includes information that is linked to or reasonably associated with an individual, not including de-identified data or publicly available information.
Virginia Green has processed the following categories of Personal Data:
- Personal identifiers such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, usernames, passwords, and contact or authentication data.
- Payment information, such as billing data and billing addresses. When you make a purchase, payment card details are entered securely through our third-party payment processor on our website. We do not store or have access to full credit or debit card numbers; we retain only limited information such as the last four digits of the card number for verification and recordkeeping purposes. Our payment processor follows industry-standard security practices and is independently certified for compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) annually.
- Computer, device and technical information, which includes data through which your identity is not readily ascertainable but collected automatically through your use of the Websites or the Services, such as device and usage information including your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Websites and other technical information
HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

HOW DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Virginia Green does not sell Personal Data for monetary consideration. We may use certain information to deliver targeted or interest based advertising related to our own services. This may include the use of cookies, pixels, or similar technologies that help us understand interactions with our Websites and allow us to present marketing that is more relevant to our customers and former customers. We do not share Personal Data with third parties so they can market their own products or services to you.
We do not collect or store sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers or dates of birth. The Personal Data we handle is limited to what is necessary to provide and support our Services, including general geolocation information used for operational and service purposes. Virginia Green does not sell Personal Data and does not use Personal Data for automated decision making.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, such as for tax, accounting, or compliance purposes.
When we no longer have a legitimate business need to keep Personal Data, we will delete it or take steps to de identify it. If deletion is not immediately possible, such as when data is stored in backup systems, we will store it securely and restrict it from further use until deletion can be completed.
HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA SAFE?
Virginia Green maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Personal Data. These safeguards are appropriate to the volume and nature of the Personal Data we handle.
