We’ve hit the peak of summer, and July 2025 has brought no shortage of heat and humidity. After a cooler spring and a dry stretch in early summer, the recent rainstorms have been a welcome break for irrigation- but they also increase the risk of lawn diseases that thrive in warm, wet conditions.

Our Estate Lawn Care Program is designed to help protect your lawn during these critical months. On top of everything included in our Premium Program, the Estate Plan adds four fungicide applications to prevent and control turf diseases, plus extra weed treatments, grub control, and lime to help maintain soil pH. These treatments work proactively to keep your lawn healthy and allow damaged areas to recover more quickly. We’re also gearing up for Fall Core Aeration and Seeding season, which starts in just a few weeks. Our premium fescue seed is sourced from Tangent, Oregon, and undergoes multiple rounds of cleaning and testing to ensure it’s completely free of weed and crop seed. We use top-tier equipment to core aerate and seed your lawn, and we make sure the corners and edges are done by hand for complete coverage. We’ll even leave behind a 5-pound bag of seed for your own touch-ups.
