September 2023 Lawn of the Month Winners
Our September Lawn of the Month winners are here! As we enter into fall, it’s great to see Virginia Green lawns thrive beautifully. We can’t wait to see how lawns will look in the coming months and in the spring after aeration and seeding. Remember, each month is a new chance to win $75 toward a future application.
First, we have the Bonham family from Glen Allen, VA. The Bonham family has been with Virginia Green for the past five years and is on the Estate Lawn Care program. With their submission they stated, “The estate plan is awesome!” Indeed! We can see that the Estate Lawn Care program has been amazing to your lawn this summer. There is not a weed or disease in sight—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Second, we have the Goodwyn family from Chester, VA. The Goodwyn family has been with Virginia Green for the past seven years and is on the Estate Lawn Care program. With their submission, they informed us, “This is the first year that our lawn has been able to survive the hot summer weather! Thank you, Virginia Green, for providing such expert lawn care and service. We have been clients for more than a decade and last year we decided to have you do the aeration and seeding of our lawn. A very smart decision! The yard has been so thick, green, and plush all summer resulting in numerous comments from our neighbors and friends.” Wow, Goodwyn family. The aeration and seeding done to your lawn last fall has certainly made your lawn look lush and thick. The picture alone shows a beautiful green color and looks like a wonderful carpet to walk on. We’re happy to hear that the knowledge we have been providing has been beneficial. Your trees and shrubs really shine through and make the perimeter of your home look extravagant.
Third, we have the Fellerman family from Fredericksburg, VA. The Fellerman family has been with Virginia Green for the past two years and is on the Estate Lawn Care program. With their submission she mentioned, “This is two days after mowing. Some spots are filled with soil and seed left during aeration and seeding. Backyard is beautiful too.” All around, your lawn is looking fantastic. With your aeration and seeding service done just a month and a half ago, it’s amazing to see how your lawn already looks full and lush. We love seeing our customers being on the tree and shrub program as well. Your shrubs enhance the beauty of your landscape.
Fourth, we have the Kroll family from Lorton, VA. The Kroll family has been with Virginia Green for the past year and a half and is on the Premium Lawn Care program. With their submission, they said, “We have been with Virginia Green for several years now (switched over from Bio Green) and we have been very pleased with how our lawn has been cared for. We have taken great pride in our lawn care and we have spoken very highly of Virginia Green to our neighbors and this led to an additional five (5) customers for Virginia Green. We enjoy the conversation with the technicians and the recommendations they provide us. The team approach definitely pays off and it shows!” Team effort is certainly key to a beautiful Virginia Green lawn. We couldn’t do it without the help of our Virginia Green customers. Next up, we have the Wise family from Moseley, VA. The Wise family has been with Virginia Green since 2020 and is on the Estate Lawn Care program. With their submission, they stated, “Just cut the grass last night and was so impressed (yet again) with the results of my Estate Plan through Virginia Green.” We’re impressed just as much as you are. Seeing lawns thrive through the summer heat makes us leap in astonishment 😊. Beauty is most absolutely seen here.
Now, we have the Tsependa family from Williamsburg, VA, which has been with Virginia Green since 2016 and is on the Estate Lawn Care program. With their submission, they let us know, “All my Neighbors are jealous of my lawn, lol.” Who wouldn’t be jealous of a lawn such as yours. Each year, your lawn keeps getting better and better than before.
Seventh, we have the Heiry family from Henrico, VA. With their submission, they stated, “We have several pictures of our beautiful, dark, lush green lawn. We have been with VA Green over 14 years on the Estate Program. In fact, we had our lawn aerated & seeded on Sept. 15, 2023. The entire neighborhood loves driving by & commenting how beautiful our property is. We are so thankful we have VA Green for all our lawn services.” We are beyond delighted to have you as a long-standing customer for over 14 years. We appreciate your trusting Virginia Green to service your amazing lawn for so long. All the images sent over don’t do justice to your lawn as it would be seen in person. Beautiful, dark, lush green lawn is so true!
Eighth, we have the Dasch family from Ashburn, VA. The Dasch family has been a part of the Virginia Green family for the past year and a half and is on the Premium Lawn Care program. With their submission, they informed us, “Virginia Green has been so helpful in telling me how to water my lawn. It’s been a lot of work since I didn’t have an irrigation system but I’m so proud of how I’ve kept the lawn so green especially in the drought we’ve had. My neighbor said I have the best-looking lawn in the neighborhood! I’ve been very pleased with Virginia Green. Thank you!” You’re very welcome, Dasch family. We’re happy to hear that the watering advice we gave you has paid off; it absolutely has! With your lawn’s deep green color and your proper mowing technique, it’s no wonder you have the best lawn in the neighborhood.
Ninth, we have the Cassada family from Manakin Sabot, VA, which is on the Estate Lawn Care program. With their submission, they expressed, “Our home was built in 2013, and we’ve been extremely satisfied Virginia Green customers for all these 10 years. After my husband proudly remarked three times recently that our yard has never looked better in late summer, I decided to submit these photos taken on August 31. Kudos to Virginia Green! Our yard looks amazing but actually always has. Just ask our neighbors; four of seven now use Virginia Green, too. Without a doubt, the yard signs left by technicians after every service call are harbingers of beautiful lawns. As we celebrate our 10-year anniversary, I want to thank everyone at Virginia Green, both in the office and in the field, for your hard work and dedication. You’ve taken our yard from its new-build infancy to its current lush maturity. If there were a gemstone to mark our decade together, it would have to be emerald. The rich green color of our yard—and our neighbors’—is stunning and, in my humble opinion, prize-winning!” Your opinion is absolutely correct. Up next is the Hayes family coming from Chester, VA. The Hayes family has been with Virginia Green for the past three years and is on the Estate Lawn Care program. With their submission, they said, “I love my lawn! I have a lot of pride in my lawn. After the recent rains from Ophelia, the lawn has thrived and is the lushest I have ever seen it! Thanks to Virginia Green for helping me have the BEST lawn in my subdivision!” We created the perfect lawn in your subdivision together! It’s great to hear that you are loving your lawn because it is flourishing! Rain certainly does the trick!
Last but not least, we have the Heilbronner family from Lorton, VA. The Heilbronner family has been with Virginia Green for a year and a half and is a part of the Estate Lawn Care program. With their submission, they informed us, “As you can see my lawn is amazing. The lawn has been so thick, lush, and green throughout the entire summer and we have had to use minimal water this year. We have two dogs and they just love to go out and lie in the grass and enjoy the sun and the backyard. The best thing about my lawn is the care and attention to detail that Virginia Green provides to make it look so amazing and especially the work of Antoine Derricott. He is a great employee who treats us like we are the most important customer of the day.” Amazing is an understatement! This is for sure a winner lawn.
